Wonderful wellness spa

The good thing about this hotel is the evening meal and the lovely waitresses who are friendly and attentive. Sadly it went downhill from there. Rooms very tired and shabby. We were greeted at reception by a very snooty middle aged lady who was somewhat rude and dismissive of us. She told us we had to eat at 6pm as the restaurant was fully booked. Strangely the restaurant was practically empty when we were there for over an hour and a half. However after our very early dinner we retired. At approx 2am we were woken by loud drunken screaming and laughing. This racket went on for some time and eventually my husband contacted the night manager. Some large event was in progress and up to 60/100 people were either leaving or staying on. The noise was amazing. Of course nothing was done and We had to endure drunks and loud mouths right outside our room. We made a cup of tea......wondering what to do. Suddenly my husband jumped on the bed - he had seen a mouse. In the next instance I had seen one to. Was the room crawling with rodents? We contacted the night manager again and he offered us another room. We moved at 2.45AM. We moved rooms quickly, and they gave us one of their best rooms. Not really enough to compensate for our disturbed PEACE and attack of rodents. The next morning again the same woman was on the reception desk. Her view was she was unaware of the event that was happening - the one that went on til 3am with over 60 people (we call bulls***) and her reaction to mice was well "We are in the country". I live in Australia and I travel all over the world and NEVER have I had rodents running around my room ESPECIALLY a hotel that pretends to be so lovely and up market. Would never stay again and the woman at the front desk needs a big wake up call because her job is as only as good as the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stay onsite with electric and just buy a meal in the restaurant. Good service and good food.

Great Service, perfect location for business meetings.

Excellent place to stay awsome spa

It's a nice, clean and quiet Hotel. Also the food is very tasty.
